After a great reaction to our Trail Parka last Autumn, we’ve just received a drop of our new summer weight version: the SS11 Trail Parka is woven from premium lightweight Italian cotton, treated with beeswax in Scotland, then constructed in England. This fabric is bespoke to Albam, and perfect for these changeable Spring days. Inspired by 80′s climbing jackets, it’s …

A bit more love for our Factories book, this time from online magazine Sabotage Times.

The recent warmer weather has seemed to make most everyday tasks so much more pleasurable: riding your bike to work suddenly isn’t the finger-biting, runny nosed trial it was a few weeks ago; popping out for some lunch seems to open a world of tasty options, rather than a hands-in-pockets dash to the nearest mini-market. One of the things we’ve …

We’ve had a great reaction to our call for photos of you all in your worn Albam denim, but we want more! We’re compiling a collection of jean snaps for a project we’ve had in mind for a while with Albam friend and team photographer, John Spinks. We’ll give more details on the project in a while, but in the …

You can shop them …

You’ll have to be quick though: half of the Albam team have already earmarked appointments. A more cynical person would say this is merely to …

Yesterday a few of us went down to cheer on two stalwarts of Team Albam as they took part in the London Marathon. Dave and Rosamund completed the 26 loooong miles in a hugely impressive 3 hours 57 minutes. Confounding expectations, Rosamund even managed to resist the temptation of leaving Dave eating her dust and smashing the 3 hour mark….
